Our Story

Warren has a Degree in Mechanical Technology, and more than 20 years of hands on experience in elevator construction and maintenance services.  

In his role as the Field Operations Manager, he primarily manages projects for new elevator installations, with responsibility for approving engineering details for installation of platforms and machines. 

Decland like his brother, has over 20 years of experience in elevator installation and maintenance services.   

As the Inspections Manager, he directs activities for performing Category 1 and Category 5 inspections.  He is also responsible for certifying elevator performance in compliance with NYC Department of Building (DOB) requirements.

Dario has more than 35 years of experience in the elevator services industry. 

As the Maintenance Manager, he leads activities for teams of technicians performing elevator maintenance services. Key activities under his control include shutdowns, troubleshooting and repairs.  

Sutie has worked in the elevator services industry for several years.  

As the Office Manager, she is responsible for day-to-day operations at the First Choice Elevator office in New York. She is a key point of contact with customers and suppliers and enjoys helping them with their business needs.
